Cut the cauliflower in 1/2 inch steaks. Don't worry if some breaks into pieces - use all of it!
Add all the other ingredients to a small sauce pan and cook over medium until the brown sugar has melted and the sauce is well mixed.
Cover a cookie sheet with tin foil and spray the tin foil with a vegetable spray (ie Pam). Place the cauliflower on the tin foil and brush all the pieces with the hot sauce. Save any left over sauce to add just before serving.
Bake for approx. 12 minutes or until the cauliflower starts to brown slightly. Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining sauce and serve.
