Ingredients
6EarsFresh sweet corn on the cob
1/2CupDairy Free Yogurt
1/2CupVegan Mayo
1TSriracha sauce
1TAncho chili powder
2tCumin
2tGarlic Salt
1tPepper
2Limes
1BunchFresh Cilantro
1/2CupGrated Vegan Parmesan
Instructions
Shuck and clean the corn. Chop up the cilantro.
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayo, sriracha, cumin, garlic salt and pepper.
On a baking sheet, evenly spread out the chopped cilantro and the grated parmesan. Over the top zest the limes. I usually add a little of the lime juice over the cilantro and parm as well.
Heat your grill to med-high.
Heavily coat the corn with the sauce and then roll in the cilantro, parm and lime. Place on a plate.
Place the corn on the grill and grill until nice and golden brown. Serve hot! ENJOY!
