1/2CupDairy Free Plain Yogurt
1/2 CupVegan Mayo
2TSriracha Sauce
1TAncho chili powderYou can use regular chili powder
1TGarlic Salt
1TAgave
1TWhite wine vinegar
Instructions
Pre-cook the potatoes until just beginning to soften, but not too soft. You can use a microwave or boil them in a pot. I microwave when I am in a hurry, otherwise I typically boil them.
In a bowl, mix together all the other ingredients and set aside.
Once the potatoes have cooled, slice them into your desired size. I typically cube them into about 1" cubes for grilling.
Remove about 1/3 of the sauce to use later.
Add the cut potatoes to the remaining sauce and stir to coat well.
Heat your grill to med-high.
Place the potatoes on the grill and grill until they have a nice char.
Remove from the grill, pour on the remaining sauce and serve!
