Your New Favorite Salad
This will become your favorite salad - Trust Me! Tangy balsamic vinaigrette enhances this fresh salad of greens, red onion, apples, cranberries and pistachios.

Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 t Dijon Mustard
- 2 Cloves Garlic Dices
- 1 T Maple Syrup
- Salt and Pepper
The SALAD
- 1 Bunch Romaine Lettuce Cleaned and Chopped
- 1 Bunch Green Leaf Lettuce Cleaned and Chopped
- 1 Small Red Onion Diced
- 1 Apple - we use Honeycrisp Chopped
- Dried Cranberries
- Roasted, Shelled and Salted Pistachios
The SALAD
In a salad bowl, fill with 1/2 Romaine and 1/2 Green Leaf. Mix together.
Add a couple spoonful's of the diced red onion, a small handful of chopped apples, dried cranberries and pistachios.
Dress the salad with a decent amount of balsamic vinaigrette and some fresh ground pepper.
