Vegan Spicy Grilled Potato's
Creamy and delicious and a bit of heat!

Ingredients
- 2 Lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes You can use any Potato you have
- 1/2 Cup Dairy Free Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Vegan Mayo
- 2 T Sriracha Sauce
- 1 T Ancho chili powder You can use regular chili powder
- 1 T Garlic Salt
- 1 T Agave
- 1 T White wine vinegar
Instructions
- Pre-cook the potatoes until just beginning to soften, but not too soft. You can use a microwave or boil them in a pot. I microwave when I am in a hurry, otherwise I typically boil them.
- In a bowl, mix together all the other ingredients and set aside.
- Once the potatoes have cooled, slice them into your desired size. I typically cube them into about 1" cubes for grilling.
- Remove about 1/3 of the sauce to use later.
- Add the cut potatoes to the remaining sauce and stir to coat well.
- Heat your grill to med-high.
- Place the potatoes on the grill and grill until they have a nice char.
- Remove from the grill, pour on the remaining sauce and serve!
