These Vegan Tofu Eggs are the perfect protein to add to hash, breakfast burrito’s or just as a side. Quick and easy to make and the perfect thing to add a little extra protein and texture to your breakfast.
Tofu Eggs
This is a simple and quick "egg" recipe that can be added to hash, breakfast burritos etc.

Ingredients
- 1 Package Firm Organic Tofu Drained and crumbled
- 1 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t Onion Powder
- 2 t Turmeric (or a bit more)
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 T Oat or any non-dairy milk
- ½ t Veggie Paste
- 1 T Olive Oil
Instructions
- Slice the tofu into 5 slabs. Wrap in a towel or paper towel, place on a plate and press out the liquid. Or use a tofu press if you have one….😊.For firmed tofu eggs, use firm tofu. If you want softer, creamier tofu eggs, use medium firm or even silken tofu.
- Once the tofu has been pressed, crumble into a bowl. Add the spices, non dairy milk and veggie stock paste. Mix well.
- Add 1 T of olive oil to a small fry pan. Cook the tofu for about 5 minutes over medium heat or until some of the tofu starts to brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
